What do I need to bring?

Just yourself and an open mind – everything else is supplied.

What do I do if I want to book an overnight stay at the hotel?

Call our office on 1850-260006 during business hours where we can usually arrange a Corporate Room rate for you.

What if I cannot make it on the day?

Where reasonably possible we will try to accommodate you on another day.

Are you’re training courses FÁS funded?

We currently have 70% FÁS funding available for Telesales courses - call 1850-260006 for details

Do you run tailored or in-house training programmes?

Yes we can design our courses to suit your company’s specific needs and run them at a venue of your choice.

Are your in-house or tailored courses FÁS funded?

No FÁS do not at the present time provide funding for in-house programmes.

Are your trainers FÁS accredited?

All our trainers on our FÁS funded programmes have to be FÁS accredited.

Do you offer certification for your training courses?

We are a FETAC accredited training provider. We also offer ILM certification – call our office on 1850-260006 and we can let you know which courses are certified

Do you run course throughout Ireland?

We usually run our Open programmes in Dublin and our in-house programmes anywhere that suits you.
