ABOUT THIS COURSE:

This course will provide field sales people with “Best Practice” selling skills and help re-energise experienced sales people. On completion of the course the delegates will have a good understanding of the following selling skills:

  • Selling Styles – Attributes, Skills & Knowledge
  • Prospecting & Time Management
  • Opening the Sales Call & Customer Requirements
  • Customer Behaviour & Presenting Benefits
  • Handling Objections & Closing the Sale
  • Overcoming Difficult Buyers & Goal Setting

The course is delivered in a realistic and practical style that motivates the learner to turn the theory of the training modules into reality when they return to the work place. Great emphasis is put in getting the delegates fully involved in the course, this in turn encourages them to learn and apply new skills.
