Phil Kildea – Senior Management Trainer

Phil has many years broad ranging management experience, including the formation, operational management and strategic direction of many highly focused sales, customer orientated and performance driven teams.
Phil designs, develops and delivers a wide range of training programmes. An expert at customising his approach and methodologies to provide a tailored programme to meet an organisation’s specific needs. He has a very energetic participative delivery style and proactively encourages the best from his course participants.
Phil also lectures part time in Strategic Management & Business Policy for final year students of Bachelor Of Business Studies & Bachelor of Arts degrees. Phil holds several qualifications including a Master's of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of business studies BBS (1st Class Hons). A graduteship in Marketing from IIM. A Diploma in Personnel Management. A certificate in training through the National University of Ireland (NUI) and memberships of the IITD and CIPD. Phil is a FÁS registered trainer.
Shay Martin – Senior Sales Trainer
A vastly experienced trainer with over 25 years experience in developing and delivering sales and customer service training courses to a wide range of business sectors. Having a strong sales background himself gives Shay will win immediate creditability with any sales team. Shay’s particular skill is his ability to empathise and relate to experienced and inexperienced sales people selling within any business sector. Shay is a member of IITD and MII and is a FAS accredited trainer. Over the last 25 years Shay has designed and delivered sales training to a wide range of Irish companies both large and small.
Sean McGlynn - Managment Trainer

Area of Expertise: A graduate of Dublin University, Trinity College, he holds an MSc. in Management - Organisation Development/ Organisation Behaviour.
He is a past Chairman of The Marketing Society, and former Council member of the Institute for Training & Development. He has been a keynote speaker at several National and International Conferences. Experience: Sean McGlynn is Managing Partner of Feasa Business Consultants, a company which specialises in Organisation Development; HRD, Performance Improvement; Change Management; SME Development; Business Strategy; Media Strategy; General Management Skills Development; European Studies & Programmes; Training and Development; Coaching & Mentoring. He has undertaken assignments, both in a private capacity and for the EU in a wide range of organisations and industries in the public and private sectors in Ireland, Europe, The Middle East, Central Asia and Internationally. He has extensive experience in the following industries: Media, Newspapers and Publishing; Print & Packaging; Financial Services; Insurance; Tourism; Retail; Telecommunications; Advertising; Entertainment; Management Consultancy.
Karen Sommerville - Telesales Trainer

Karen Sommerville offers a wealth of experience in many areas of communication, sales and customer service training, but is especially known in the area of cold calling, telesales, customer service and direct marketing training.
With over 20 years experience in various sales and marketing roles, Karen has worked across a number of different industry sectors including direct, distribution and outsourced telemarketing businesses.
Karen understands that the key to a successful business is to make each and every customer feel special at all times in order to build confidence with customers, maximise buiness opportunities and ultimately increase sales. Her delivery and training style is very energetic, practical and interactive; with all exercises and discussions focused around particiapant's real life situations and business needs. As a result, Karen regularly achieves satisfaction ratings exceeding 85% on many of her training programmes.
Karen holds an honours degree in Business Studies, is a memeber of the Marketing Institute, an associate member of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisors and a business mentor for Enterprise Ireland. She has also successfully completed the certificate in Education and Training (1st class honours) and is a FÁS registered Trainer.
Karen is also an established trainer for many different groups including various Slillnets, Enterprise Boards, Business Associations and educational bodies as well as a number of private clients.
Paula Mulcahy - Senior Customer Service Trainer

Paula Mulcahy has over 15 years international Customer Service experience. She has worked in Customer Service and Operations management roles in the USA and Ireland across various industries including internet technology, recruitment and marketing. Paula runs the Munster office of TSS.
Paula strongly believes in the power of positive Customer Service and how it can truly differentiate a company. Her training style is very inclusive and practical and tries to use participants' situations in their work environment.
Paula holds a degree in Business Studies (Hons) majoring in Marketing and Management and has also completed the Train The Trainer certificate (distinction) and the California Association of Personnel Consultants award. Paula is a FÁS registered trainer.
Adrienne Darby - Retail Sales Trainer

Adrienne is an experienced presenter with strong interpersonal skills. Adrienne held the position of Corporate Customer Service manager within the Brown Thomas Group for over 3 years. This role involved planning and delivering customer service training to staff and management alike.
Former Chairperson of the Ireland Japan Association, Adrienne managed and directed the activities of the Association through Council to enhance Ireland Japan relations in the economic, social and cultural spheres. Adrienne has also worked with Enterprise Ireland providing client support and interpreter services to visiting trade missions from Japan. She has over ten years experience in the Irish and international education systems and is a qualified national school teacher that also has delivered numerous adult education programmes.
Greg Fry - Social Media Trainer

Greg qualified from the Marketing Institute of Ireland and holds a diploma in Business and Life Coaching.
Greg is passionate about helping organisations achieve more from their social media efforts and has delivered numerous workshops on Social media for business owners, start-ups and entrepreneurs across all industry sectors.
He is a panellist on interactive workshop on social media for start-ups and entrepreneurs in the NCI incubation centre and a regular speaker on social media at NCI and Dublin City University.

Greg believes that in these challenging times in order to excel in life and work we need to think and act smarter than before.
Barbara Moynihan - Management Trainer

Barbara has over 20 years in business and training. She is a Microsoft Certified trainer and has delivered Presentation and Leadership programmes in Ireland and abroad. She is a FETAC certified trainer.
Barbara believes that people learn best by "doing". Her programmes are highly participatory with attendees on their feet putting theory into practice on several occasions throughout the training session.
Larry Power - Financial Trainer

Larry Power B.Comm F.C.M.A. is a financial consultant, and works with business owners and SME's.
Larry provides Financial, Accounting and Taxation services to his clients and works with them on a partnership basis by providing ongoing advice and business mentoring. He also advises them on the implementation of Accounting and Payroll systems.
He works closely with start-up businesses, and assists them with the preparation of their business plan, and to obtain funding for their business.
Prior to setting up his own practice in 2000, Larry had held senior financial positions across a wide sector of Irish industry.
Larry is an approved FÁS trainer, delivering courses to "Start your own business" groups and on Accounting and Finance courses.

Our common goal as a training team is to encourage and help your people to turn new skills learnt on our training programmes into practical reality when back on the job.
